We are getting lots of questions via email about what is going on around here. Below, condensed and summarized are the answers to the common ones:

Q: Are you guys going out of business?
A: No, we are not going out of business, we are doing quite well in fact. The DPG website is not in danger of going down and future productions are both in the works and in pre-production. If anything seems out of the ordinary it is because we have been out of the office for the last few months working on projects.

Q: Where are you guys? I have not heard back from my emails...
A: We are scattered about the country. (MN, VI, NY, FL) We are working on a few larger projects and at times we have had limited-to-no access to email. All email as of today (Jan 30 2008) has been answered (as far as we can tell) and all orders have been shipped. If you feel your email has not been dealt with please send an email directly to Info@DamascusProductions.com with your name, email address, phone number, and order number if you have one.

Q: I have placed an order with you guys and have received no feedback or shipment details.
A: We use PayPal as our online credit card handler. When an order is placed online an order log is created on the PayPal website that we use to fill orders. For the last few months this log has not been accessible to us (and many other PayPal users) because PayPal is having some internal technical issues. So, in order for us to fill orders there is a laborious phone process that must take place involving long hold times and tiers of service agents. This is obviously not how we would like to do business and we are looking into alternatives. In the meantime it is recommended that all future orders be placed with one of our distributors.
